Each tree is handcrafted by me.

1. The process begins by pouring slip into a heavy casing mold.
2. After the clay sets up, the excess slip is poured off and it sits for a day to harden.
3. The tree and base are then removed from the mold to harden.
4. Next, I put the holes in the tree for lights.
5. When completely bone dry, the green ware is fired in my kiln.
6. Then I paint three coats of glaze on the pieces and fire in the kiln again.
